When you are planting your seeds for your second harvest you will want to rotate your crops so your soil doesn't become deficient in a certain nutrient. The more variety of vegetables you have the easier and better this works.
3. Non GMO (Genetically Modified) - Non GMO seeds last much longer, are healthier and contain the most nutrients then GMO seeds. This is of critical importance when you are selecting your survival seed.
